Springing of Invention……. A mega boost to the economy!!!!!!!

Inventions have spearheaded development in any economy. Any inventions whether in the field of science, technology, airspace, and pollution control have attracted the attention of the authorities and seemingly problem solvers of the industry. Besides Invention, the essential condition of filing the invention that is to obtain Patent is becoming more and more pronouncing.

One such invention being largely placed in India is that of solar power. Government’s key initiative drive towards the ‘e-Village’ concept is powered by its concept of abundance supply of solar power. Solar power or solar energy is one of the prime sources of renewable energy in India. Many inventions in the field of solar energy is already Patented in India and many are in the anvil. A good incentive in the solar sector will be a catalyst to spur innovation. However, as compared to the Global ranking, India’s IP strategy should be focused towards international arena besides the domestic market and it’s overall ranking should improve as compared to other countries.

Similarly, many research and inventions are being carried out in the field of anti-pollution controls vis-à-vis solar power. Cities like Delhi, where the emission levels are recorded the highest, a research in the field of ‘solar based -Electric Buses’ is been initiated. This is again weighted in respect of its social and economic feasibility.

An upcoming invention in the field of aircraft too has been witnessed recently with NASA’s invention of a more quieter and efficient plane. The Quiet Supersonic Technology (QueSST) experimental aircraft, which is being developed by NASA, would fly at speeds of 1770 kmph. It would be twice the speed covered by any of today’s commercial airliners and nearly as fast as the Concorde. This would further help in reducing the flight times by half. It will also prove to be more fuel efficient as per NASA’s report.

Patent is the bridging gap between a successful invention and the implementation of the same in any economy. A strong Patent regime and a good structured program for more inventions is always considered as a pillar for any developing economy. Measures should be used to avoid any export of ideas from India.

Our client Sterling Abrasive Private Limited majorly relies upon our Patentability search and FTO opinion. Being grounded upon the value additions in their already existing inventions, they are majorly focused upon continuous breakthroughs. Our Patent team closely collaborates with their technical team which not only assures apt Patent application, but also makes grounds for a successful hearing at the Patent office.
At the conclusion, “if necessity is the mother of invention, Patent is the soul”.
